The Answer is Tae Kwon Do...

.

  • What is the best way to deal with anger?
  • How is jealousy best dealt with?
  • What is the best way to handle a personal crisis?
  • How can parents teach their children respect?

Prescription drugs - is this gone to extremes in controlling children? Is there another way?

What can help the young be prepared for adulthood, the single parent handle parenthood, the lonely from being alone, the depressed in handling and vanishing the depression, and the old to have a better quality of life?

Tae Kwon Do is the Answer...

People who have never been introduced to martial arts will sometimes see the Hollywood version only. The true martial artists learns the truth of how not to fight or be angry. Understandings of situations can change the outcome to be positive and learning. Anger plays a large role is today's society. People die because of impatience. Road rage has become a word in the new dictionary. A persons worst enemy is always with them.

Teakwondo plays an important part in teaching people how to get to the core of that anger instead of slashing out at someone or something.

Jealousy, this is a very explosive and dangerous thing. People are all unique. There should never be jealously. Through martial arts, one learns to give 110% of what they can do, not what someone else can do. Jealousy is right up there with cancer, it quietly succumbs your whole self. It is a silent killer.

When a person is having a crisis, be it family illness, divorce, death of a loved one, or a financial problem Taekwondo intervenes in the making of wiser decisions and self-control in life. Everyone has problems, but it is how you deal with the problems that can make you stronger.

Respect, this is something that had to be earned. It is hard sometimes to teach respect to children. However, a little time taken to teach respect can save a lot of heartache in the years that will follow. Children, as well as adults, will earn very quickly in martial arts that the way of earning respect is by giving it.

Tae Kwon Do...

All children will be children and they will test the parent. Sometimes it is not the child who needs medication, it should be the parent. Prescription drugs are overly used. The longevity of controlling problems that are grown from being parented by a TV set are very dangerous as the child gets older.

Taekwondo is a means of children dealing with something that parents seldom are aware of -- child over stress. Yes, Stressed outchildren. Martial arts is a way to turn the stress and anger into friendship, family and fun.

Lonely and depressed, this is the same thing as a time bomb waiting to explode. In teakwondo, one is never alone. Taekwondo is always with you. Self-improvement is always needing practice. There is no room for loneliness or depression inside of a martial artist. Taekwondo is a family. This family is always there, especially when you are at the bottom, good times and bad.

Golden years, what's so golden about them when you have no will or spirit? Taekwondo is all about A way of life, a better way of life. Taking care of ones body and mind on the way to the golden years will ensure a better way of life in those years.

As a martial artist in Tae Kwon Do, I have learned most about how little I know about life and how to be a good person. But, through martial arts, I will have a chance to work on myself as a person, and to help other people. To me, Taekwondo has  a different meaning...

FRIENDSHIP, FAMILY, SUPPORT, GUIDANCE and LOVE.
